Curo Skin is a UK brand launched in February 2025 that sells one main thing: a filtered shower head. Its founder spent around 18 months on prototypes before launch, and the range has since grown to include a larger model, replacement cartridges and a matching holder. It suits anyone who wants a filter built into the shower head rather than an inline unit, and who likes the idea of refills turning up on a schedule.

The cartridge inside is a blend of KDF-55, calcium sulphite and activated carbon, and the brand suggests changing it about every 90 days. The shower heads come in Chrome, Brushed Gold and Midnight Black.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, with shower heads sent by Royal Mail Tracked24 and filters by Tracked48. The site also ships to many other countries, with rates worked out at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method within five working days once a return has been checked, and other unused items can be sent back within 30 days in their original packaging.
