Dream Interiors is an independent home furnishings business launched in May 2022 by Katie and Michael, a couple who caught the interiors bug while building their own home. They hand-pick a range that leans heavily on antique brass, marble, smoked glass and velvet, covering lighting, tables, chairs, mirrors, sofas and accessories. Orders ship across Great Britain, and there's a showroom at the Roccia Design Centre in Preston. It suits anyone after a glamorous, hotel-style look for a living or dining room, particularly if you want to see pieces in person before you buy.

What's worth a look

• Luxury Antique Brass Wall Light: currently £220, down from £280 (prices can change). A fluted glass wall light with an antique brass finish, 40cm tall. A pair either side of a mirror or bed is an easy way to bring in the brass look without buying a statement chandelier. There's plenty more in the lighting collection, including the Dark Antique Brass Pendant, currently £220, down from £390.
• Marble Ribbed Coffee Table: currently £520, down from £650. It has a neutral marble top on a ribbed wooden base with an antique brass rim. It's one of the lower-priced pieces in the coffee tables range, where many tables run past £1,000.
• Champagne Silver Leaf Mirror: currently £400, down from £550. A large mirror, 127cm by 86cm, with a warm silver-leaf frame. It would suit a hallway or above a console table. The rest of the mirrors are in brass, bronze and shagreen finishes.
• Luxury XXL Room Diffuser, Sable Onyx: currently £235, down from £275. A 2.5-litre reed diffuser in a dark glass bottle on a black oak tray, with notes of bergamot, cinnamon, oud, tobacco and leather. The shop says it lasts over 12 months. There's also a White Musk version at the same price.
