Garden Chic has been selling online since 2003 and calls itself a one-stop garden shop. It's run by Gudrum Classics, which also owns the log cabin specialist Simply Log Cabins and the homeware site Living Chic, and it ships from a warehouse in Northampton as well as straight from suppliers. There's no showroom: you order online, by phone or through live chat.
The catalogue is huge, at more than 10,000 products. It suits gardeners after a shed, greenhouse or summerhouse from brands like Shire, Forest Garden, Mercia and Rowlinson, but there's plenty for smaller budgets too, from potting benches and log stores to tools, plants and garden furniture. Right now the seasonal section is filling up with artificial Christmas trees, inflatables and Halloween decorations.

Current offers
- Christmas Sale: artificial trees, decorations and gifts are discounted in the Christmas shop, with the homepage warning "when it's gone, it's gone".
- Reduced garden buildings and furniture: many items show a was price, such as the Alderley rattan storage bench at £179 (was £199).
- Free delivery over £50 to most mainland UK addresses; £5 below that.
- 0% finance: Black Horse FlexPay at 0% for up to 6 months on spends of £500 to £5,000, subject to status.
How to save more
- Enter your postcode at checkout before paying. Some brands charge a flat delivery rate, and Scottish addresses pay a surcharge on ranges such as Shire and Mercia.
- Seen the identical item cheaper at a UK retailer? Ask about the Price Promise before you order. It can't be combined with other offers.
- Budget for timber treatment. Unless a building is sold as pressure treated or Thermowood, it usually arrives untreated, and the warranty depends on you treating it.
