Every order comes with a 200-night trial. If something doesn't suit you, you contact the customer service team within that period and return it in its original packaging for a full refund, and mattresses are collected free of charge. Pillows, toppers and bedding usually arrive in three to four days, with an express option for next-working-day delivery on orders placed before 1:30pm. Mattresses take two to three weeks because they are made to order.
