PadelDogs is a small independent UK shop that sells padel rackets, founded by Sam Biddlecombe and registered in Surrey in 2025. Instead of the big names you'll see in most sports shops, it stocks a short list of independent European makers: Cork Padel from Portugal, Varlion and Shooter from Spain, Padelsmith and Royal Padel.

It suits players who have caught the padel bug and want to move on from a starter racket to something better made. PadelDogs says some models are exclusive to it in the UK, including Varlion's Rega range, the Shooter Stealth and certain colours of Cork rackets, and you can browse by beginner, intermediate or advanced level. Each racket page lists the weight, shape and balance, which makes comparing them easier.

Every racket ships free by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and there's a WhatsApp line if you want help choosing. The site's buying guide is a useful primer too: it explains how round rackets tend to be more forgiving, teardrops balance power and control, and diamonds add power for experienced players.

For a first proper racket, the round-headed Cork Classic II is billed as Cork's lightest model and is aimed at beginner to intermediate players, while the Shooter Stealth is the cheapest racket on the site at £200. Diamond shapes such as the Padelsmith #1 and Varlion Bourne are built for more attacking players.

Women and lighter players might look at the Cork Premium Woman, a 345g hybrid racket, while the Cork Premium Hybrid III sits a step up for intermediate to advanced players. PadelDogs also sells racket bags, backpacks and covers, though some of those were sold out when we looked. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused rackets in their original packaging, once you've requested a return and had it accepted. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
