Vitamin Essence now trades as VE from its own site, and it has narrowed its range down to a single product line: Hydrotine. It is a flavoured powder that comes in single-serve sticks, which you tear open and mix into about 500ml of cold water. The label lists electrolytes, 3g of creatine monohydrate per stick, Pink Himalayan salt and added vitamins including vitamin C and B12, and VE describes the formula as vegan, caffeine-free and sweetened with stevia. It is sold as a food supplement.
