About Green Man Gaming
Green Man Gaming is a British online games shop founded in London in 2010. It sells digital game keys for PC and Xbox, which you redeem on platforms such as Steam, Ubisoft Connect, the EA app and the Epic Games Store, rather than physical discs. It says it has more than 10,000 games in stock and contracts with over 1,300 publishers, so every key comes directly from the publisher. It also publishes some games itself.
The shop covers new releases, pre-orders and older catalogue titles, with regular sales and Hot Deals, bundles, DLC and gift options. Prices are shown in pounds for UK customers. Its XP loyalty scheme rewards purchases with XP points, and games in its Green Room selection earn double XP. You can also buy games as gifts and keep money in a Green Man Gaming wallet.
Because it sells digital keys, refunds are limited. Green Man Gaming will only consider a refund within 7 days of purchase, and only if the key hasn't been revealed to you, activated or downloaded. Refunds aren't given because a game doesn't run on your computer, so check the system requirements before you buy, and purchases made through a VPN or proxy may not work.
Green Man Gaming delivery and returns
| Delivery | Digital only: game keys are shown in your account and by email after purchase, to redeem on the relevant platform. |
|---|---|
| Returns | Refunds or store credit are at Green Man Gaming's discretion, requested within 7 days of purchase, and only if the key hasn't been revealed, activated or downloaded. No refunds within 48 hours of a game's release or preload, or because your computer doesn't meet the requirements. |
