About Infimobile
Infimobile is a prepaid mobile service for the United States, run by InfiCloud Inc. It's a digital-first provider that sells SIM cards and eSIMs online and runs on the networks of larger US carriers, so there are no shops and no contracts. It's only for use in the US: plans give US calls, texts and data, and the coverage checker works by US zip code. It isn't a UK network and won't replace a UK SIM.
Plans are bought upfront for anything from one month to 36 months, with 12-month plans the main focus. The range runs from a 5GB plan with 2,500 minutes and texts, through 10GB, 15GB and 20GB plans with unlimited talk and text, to a Freedom Unlimited plan. Hotspot and international calling to more than 85 countries are paid add-ons on most plans, and you can bring your own phone and keep your number. A family plan lowers the per-line price when you add several new lines.
All prices are in US dollars and taxes and fees are extra. Promotional prices depend on your phone being compatible with the preferred network, and renewals are charged at standard rates. New customers can ask for a refund within seven days of activating a plan. Support is by 24/7 chat and email.
