Milanoo.com is an online fashion shop founded in 2008. It says it is registered in Hong Kong, and its customer service address is in Chengdu, China. It sells worldwide and shows UK visitors prices in pounds, but orders are sent from abroad, so delivery takes longer than with a UK shop.
The range is wide: women's dresses, coats, tops, jumpsuits, swimwear and activewear, men's clothing including suits and blazers, and a large wedding section with wedding dresses, bridal jumpsuits, bridesmaid and mother-of-the-bride dresses and accessories. There are also costumes and Lolita fashion. Milanoo says it uses on-demand manufacturing, and many items can be made to your own measurements through its Tailor Made option.
Items are made or prepared before dispatch, so allow processing time plus shipping. Product pages show an estimate, for example 3-8 days' processing and 3-5 days' expedited shipping. Milanoo's help pages say its prices do not include import taxes unless you buy its tariff insurance. Returns are accepted within 14 days for most items, but you pay return postage, a 15% try-on fee is taken for change-of-mind returns, and custom-made items, swimwear, lingerie and accessories can't be returned.
