About Missacc
Missacc is an online dress brand, established in 2017, that makes wedding gowns and formal wear to order. Its UK site lists prices in pounds with VAT included, and the business behind it is ABOLUO Limited, a company registered in England. Missacc says its dresses are hand-sewn in its own factory, and most designs take 10 to 15 days to make, with some express styles ready to dispatch in 48 hours.
The range is broad: wedding dresses (including plus size, petite, maternity and boho styles), bridesmaid and junior bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride outfits, flower girl dresses, prom, evening and cocktail dresses, men's suits, shoes and wedding accessories. Many dresses come in dozens of colours, and you can order free fabric swatches to match colours before you buy. Standard sizes run from 0 to 26W, or you can send your measurements for free custom sizing.
Standard delivery takes 5 to 8 working days on top of making time, and the delivery charge depends on weight and destination. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days for standard-size items in their original condition, but made-to-measure or customised dresses can't be returned unless faulty. Klarna is available, and the site has student, NHS and healthcare, and military discount pages.
