Pop Underwear is a small brand from Montreal, Quebec, started in 2019 by Jessika Dénommée, who couldn't find underwear that was both comfortable and fun. She was joined by co-founder Vahiné Lefebvre, and the pair describe it as underwear made by women, for all bodies. Pieces are designed in their Montreal studio and made overseas by manufacturing partners, and in 2024 the brand opened a permanent shop in Quebec City.
The range is built around bamboo fabric, which the founders chose for its softness, and comes in bright prints with names such as Pommal Fresh, T'es Mush and Good Morning. For women there are triangle, tube and sport tops, thongs, Brazilian briefs and boxers; there are boxers for men, matching pyjama sets and joggers, long tees, kids' loungewear, scrunchies, sleep masks and gift cards. Care is simple: a cold, delicate wash and drying flat.
The shop ships from Canada and prices are shown in Canadian dollars. International orders, which include the UK, are charged a flat $20 and take around 10 to 15 business days after three days of processing, and import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Returns of unworn, unwashed items are accepted within 30 days for store credit, with the customer paying return postage to Montreal.
