About Silver Cross
Silver Cross is one of Britain's oldest nursery brands. William Wilson founded it in Hunslet, Leeds, in 1877, and his prams, with a spring system and reversible hood, built a reputation for coach-built quality that famously found its way into royal households. After more than a century of manufacturing around Leeds and Guiseley, the company moved its headquarters to Broughton Hall near Skipton in 2002, and it has been majority-owned by the Chinese group Fosun International since 2015.
Today the range covers pushchairs and strollers such as the Reef 2, Cove 2, Tide, Breez and the compact Nia, with travel system and "Ultimate Baby" bundles that combine a pushchair with car seats and accessories. There are car seats including the Motion 3 All Size 360, Glide Plus 360 and Approach Plus 360, nursery furniture sets such as Bromley, Geneva, Seville and Valencia, bedside cribs, highchairs and spare parts, plus a Silver Cross x Automobili Lamborghini special edition.
Buying direct gets you free delivery on orders over £100 and the option to pay with Klarna or Zopa retail finance. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return goods unused in their original packaging, and faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. Silver Cross also runs a preloved scheme, a premium valet and service, and a donate and recycle programme.
