Tidio is a customer service software company founded in 2013 in Szczecin, Poland, by its chief executive Tytus Gołas. It is now headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Szczecin and Warsaw and more than 180 staff, and says over 300,000 businesses use its tools.
The platform brings several pieces together. Live Chat puts a chat widget on your website and pulls in messages from Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and email so a team can answer everything from one inbox. Help Desk turns conversations into tickets with routing and priorities. Flows are no-code automations, with more than 40 templates for things like abandoned baskets, lead capture and quote requests. Lyro is Tidio's AI agent, trained on your own help content to answer common questions and hand over to a person when needed. There are apps for desktop and mobile and integrations with Shopify, WordPress and other tools.
Tidio is aimed at businesses, especially online shops and service companies, rather than individual shoppers. There is a free plan, and paid plans start at $29 a month, or $24.17 a month when billed annually with two months free. Lyro and Flows can also be bought on their own, paid plans come with a seven-day free trial, and larger firms can ask for a custom Plus or Premium plan. Prices are shown in US dollars.
