TWYG is a New Zealand skincare brand whose products are built around Bioactive Totarol, a compound taken from the Tōtara tree. The brand says it uses only off-cuts from fallen trees and milled wood, extracts it with high-pressure CO2 at a facility in Nelson, and plants 500 trees through the charity Trees that Count for every Tōtara tree used.
The range includes the Revive & Brighten Antioxidant Facial Serum, Renewing Antioxidant Facial Oil, Day & Night Hydration Repair Cream (with a refill), a Regenerative Overnight Repair Mask, bundles, minis and a three-piece Discovery Set. TWYG describes its products as certified organic by BioGro, vegan and cruelty-free, in recyclable packaging, and labels them a Product of New Zealand.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, with Australian and US dollars as options. The shipping policy covers only New Zealand and the United States, so UK customers can't currently order direct. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused products, and support is by email.
