YUPLAY is a digital game store that sells activation keys for PC and console platforms including Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, EA, Battle.net, GOG, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. It says it has been trading since 2007, and its terms name the seller as Gyrzis Solution FZCO, a company registered in Dubai. Unlike a marketplace, YUPLAY sells the codes itself rather than hosting listings from other sellers, though its terms say it is not an authorised representative of the game makers.
You need an account to buy. After payment the key appears in your library, usually within 15 minutes, or up to 45 minutes if an order is held for a security check; pre-orders arrive on release day. Many keys are region-locked, with labels such as EU, US or Global, and each product page checks whether a key works in your country based on your location.
Refunds are available within 14 days only if you have not revealed the key, and not if you bought more than three copies of one product. Faulty, used or revoked keys can be replaced or refunded through support. Registered users join the YXP loyalty programme, which awards points on orders and unlocks lootboxes with discount codes and free Steam games.
