AvitoVIP Transfer is a private transfer company that has been running in Istanbul since 2019 and added Antalya in 2024. It's a licensed Turkish travel agency with its own fleet of Mercedes minibuses and cars, so you book a specific vehicle class at a fixed price instead of haggling with a taxi at the rank or sharing a shuttle that stops at a dozen hotels.

It suits UK travellers heading to Istanbul for a city break, or to the Antalya coast for a beach holiday in Belek, Side, Kemer or Lara. Prices are per vehicle, not per person, which makes it good value for families and groups. Fares are shown in euros before you confirm, flight tracking is included, and you pay the driver after the ride.

Most visitors to Istanbul land at the new Istanbul Airport (IST), and the IST to Fatih route covers the old town around Sultanahmet, starting from €45 for a minibus. If you're flying into Sabiha Gökçen on the Asian side, the same trip starts from €65.

For a beach holiday, the Antalya Airport page lists fixed fares along the coast: Kundu from €45, Belek from €50, Side from €65 and Kemer from €70. There's also an hourly chauffeur service if you want a car and driver for a day of sightseeing or meetings.

Once you book, a confirmation voucher arrives by email with your booking number and the meeting point, and the driver waits there after baggage reclaim. Child seats can be requested when you book, and support answers on WhatsApp and Telegram around the clock in English if you can't find your driver.

How to save more

• Because you pay per car, a group of four or five sharing a minibus will usually pay less each than separate taxis or a shuttle.
• Check which airport you're flying into before booking. Transfers from IST to the European side are cheaper than from Sabiha Gökçen.
• Enter your full flight number, letters included (for example TK420), so the driver can follow a delay without you having to rebook.
