Craft Buddy: Crystal Art kits worth a look this autumn

Craft Buddy is the UK company behind Crystal Art®, its own brand of diamond painting kits. You press small resin gems onto a sticky, pre-printed design to build up a sparkly picture. Alongside canvases, it sells cards, decorations, stickers, latch hook and paint-by-numbers kits, plus licensed designs from Disney, Harry Potter, Marvel and others. Kits come with the tools you need, and the site labels them as beginner friendly, so they suit relaxing evening crafting, older children (with an adult nearby) and gift shopping.

What's worth a look

• Halloween House Crystal Art Advent Calendar: currently £24.99 (prices can change). It's a haunted house display with windows to open. Inside are 10 hanging Halloween decorations to make, plus gems for the house itself. It's a good October project for families who like a countdown.
• Christmas Crystal Art Mystery Box: currently £24.99. It's a surprise selection of Christmas-themed Crystal Art kits, which could include cards, decorations and canvases. Craft Buddy says the contents are worth over £50. It suits people who enjoy a lucky dip, or who want to sort out several small festive gifts in one order.
• Crystal Art Calendar Kit 2027: currently £29.99. It's an A3 wall calendar with six seasonal designs, each covering two months, and each finished artwork can be framed afterwards. It works as a longer project for a confident crafter, or as a Christmas present.
• Harry Potter Crystal Art Sticker Album – Starter Pack: currently £9.99. It's a collectable album where you decorate stickers of characters and objects from the films. It's an inexpensive way to try Crystal Art, and Harry Potter fans of most ages will enjoy it.
• Festive Crystal Art LED Hanging Decorations x2: currently £16.19, down from £26.99 in the warehouse sale. You get two 16cm discs, a star and a snowflake, with built-in LED lights. The kit is suitable for ages 8 and up with an adult.
