Maison SL is an independent lingerie and swimwear boutique on Ledbury Road in Notting Hill. It was founded by Susana Lorena, who spent more than twenty years in the lingerie trade, including managing Rigby & Peller's King's Road store, and she runs it with her sister Laura. The shop's focus is luxury European labels such as Aubade, Lise Charmel, Maison Lejaby and Prima Donna, in cup sizes A to J.

It suits anyone who wants a properly fitted bra from a designer brand, a bride looking for wedding lingerie, or someone after a special swimsuit or silk nightwear. Customers range from teenagers buying a first proper bra to new mums who need nursing bras, and the shop also stocks bridal lingerie, hosiery, beachwear and men's boxers. Prices sit at the luxury end, so the free fitting service and the clearance section are the parts to know about if you're watching your budget. Delivery is free to the UK and most other countries, and prices show in pounds by default.

The shop says it is the only independent store in the UK to stock the Italian label I.D. Sarrieri, and that several of its brands, including Banana Moon, Huit and Valery, aren't sold anywhere else in London. If you're local, the boutique is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, a short walk from Notting Hill Gate station.
