mdlondon is the hair tools brand set up by Michael Douglas, a hairdresser with more than 35 years in the business who you may have seen on This Morning or The One Show. The idea came from the daily Instagram Live hair clinics he ran during lockdown, when people kept asking why their hair never looked the way it did when they left the salon. The brand launched in 2022 with the BLOW hair dryer and has since added straighteners, a curling wand, a heated brush, brushes and a range of styling products.
It suits anyone who styles their own hair at home and wants tools plus some guidance on using them, as the site has tutorials and an "Ask Michael" section. Orders ship within the UK by DPD, need a signature, and are free over £50. Overseas customers are pointed to the brand's retail partners.
What's worth a look
