Proactive Healthcare is an online shop selling food supplements and wellbeing equipment. It was started in 1994 by Stephen, who now runs it with his daughter Sarah, and it trades from The Nutrition Centre in Ballymoney, County Antrim. It stocks specialist brands that can be hard to find on the high street, including Seeking Health, Quicksilver Scientific, Biocidin Botanicals, Designs for Health, Nordic Naturals, Jarrow Formulas and Liquid Health.

The range covers vitamins and minerals, probiotics, protein and collagen powders, electrolytes and children's supplements. There's also equipment such as air purifiers, alkaline water systems and PEMF devices. You can browse by ingredient, by brand or by topic, and each brand has its own collection page. That makes it easy to reorder a product you've bought before. It suits people who already know which brand and product they want and are looking for a UK stockist. Food supplements are not a replacement for a varied, balanced diet. Speak to your GP or pharmacist if you have any concerns about your health.
