Ritual + Flow is a small UK drinks brand set up by founder Jason Mills. It sells powdered latte blends that you whisk or froth with water or milk, hot or over ice. Its main product is Matcha Flow, which blends organic ceremonial matcha with mushroom extracts, coconut MCT oil and ashwagandha. Its second drink is Dream Flow, a cacao-based blend with magnesium for the evening.

It will suit people who already drink matcha lattes, or who want to try one at home, and who are happy to buy online in pouches. Orders are sent from a UK distributor by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

What's worth a look

• Matcha Flow: currently £32.95 a pouch (prices can change). The label lists the amount of each ingredient per serving, and the brand says every batch is tested by a third party for pesticides and heavy metals. Each serving is listed at 45 calories.
• Matcha Flow Bundle of Three: currently £75.90, down from £89.85. This is the cheapest way to buy several pouches in one go.
• Dream Flow: currently £32.95 a pouch. It is a cacao drink with magnesium, meant to be made with warm milk in the evening.
• Frother: currently £12. It is a handheld frother in a hard case and makes a smooth, foamy latte without a machine.
• Insulated Mug: currently £12, for drinking on the go.

There is also an AM/PM Stack that pairs Matcha Flow and Dream Flow, priced at £63.95 but out of stock when we looked. A metal scoop costs £7.
