About Ritual + Flow

Ritual + Flow is a small UK drinks brand started by founder Jason Mills. Its main product is Matcha Flow, a powdered latte mix that combines organic ceremonial matcha with mushroom extracts including lion's mane, tremella and reishi, plus coconut MCT oil and ashwagandha. Each pouch makes a hot or iced latte when it is whisked or frothed with water or milk, and the brand says it has no added sugar.

The range also includes Dream Flow, a cacao-based drink with magnesium meant for the evening, and an AM/PM Stack that pairs the two. Accessories include a handheld frother, an insulated mug and a metal scoop. Pouches are £32.95 each, and there are bundles of two or three Matcha Flow pouches at a lower price per pouch.

You can buy once or subscribe. Subscriptions are delivered free and include a starter kit. Orders are sent from a UK distributor by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and the online shop is run by Positive Force Ltd in London.

Ways to save at Ritual + Flow

Subscribe rather than buying once to get 20% off, free delivery and a free starter kit.
The Bundle of Three costs £75.90, against £98.85 for three single pouches.
One-off orders over £30 are delivered free, so a single £32.95 pouch already qualifies.
You can pause or cancel a subscription from your account, as long as you do it at least 48 hours before the dispatch date.
