Sialph is a UK venture-building business run by Simon Phillips through Sialph Limited, a London-registered company. It isn't a consumer shop. It's aimed at founders, start-ups and small business owners who want hands-on strategy help, introductions to funders and partners, or discounts on the software they're about to buy anyway. Sialph says it isn't regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, doesn't give investment or financial advice, and may earn commission when you take up a partner's service. Keep that in mind when you browse the finance listings.

Its own services are short, focused sessions. The Startup Sprint is a two-hour accelerator for early-stage tech founders, currently open to UK businesses only. It starts with a discovery call, then a strategy workshop covering finance, legal, tech and marketing, and finishes with a funding review. The Sialph Venture Circle is a members' network where businesses send in monthly progress updates and 'deal memos', and the team looks for introductions to investors, lenders, buyers and partners.

The Initial Consultation is a 30-minute session, now £50 rather than £75. It's the cheapest way to find out whether Sialph's approach suits your business. The Micro-Accelerator For Startups goes further, with four hours of tailored support, and is currently £1,000 (was £1,200). Partner listings show £0.00 because they link to the partner's own sign-up page, usually with a Sialph discount or credit attached.

The shop also lists business finance routes, including invoice finance, asset finance, bridging loans, revenue-based finance and R&D tax credit finance, along with software for email marketing, e-signatures, website building and AI research. Most of these are referrals rather than Sialph products, so compare the terms against other providers before you commit.

• Read the refund policy before you book. Refunds only apply in set cases, such as a service that hasn't started, and must be requested within 28 days.
