Sirenis Hotels & Resorts is a family hotel chain with its head office on Ibiza and more than 50 years in the hotel business. It has eight hotels: four on Ibiza and four Grand Sirenis resorts in the Caribbean, at Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, Riviera Maya in Mexico, and San Andrés and Cartagena de Indias in Colombia.

It suits two kinds of UK holidaymaker: families and friends heading to Ibiza for a short-haul beach break, and anyone planning a long-haul all-inclusive in the Caribbean. You can book direct on the Sirenis website in English, choosing flexible or non-refundable rates.

What's worth a look

These six hotels cover both sides of the Atlantic.

On Ibiza, The Ibiza Twiins is a four-star superior hotel on the seafront at Playa d'en Bossa, a few minutes from Ibiza Town and the airport, with views across to Formentera. Families should look at Sirenis Seaview Country Club at Port des Torrent, an all-inclusive complex of studios and apartments with its own Aquagames water park.

In the Caribbean, Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort is in the quieter Uvero Alto area, among palms and tropical gardens. Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa is a five-star all-inclusive known for its large spa. Grand Sirenis San Andrés is on a Colombian island two hours by air from Bogotá, while Grand Sirenis Cartagena is a five-star hotel a three-minute walk from Manzanillo Beach.

Current offers

We already list several Sirenis deals: up to 20% off stays on the Colombian Caribbean, the First Child Stay Free offer, 15% off with a special offer, up to 20% off Summer 2026 stays, and up to 30% off with code FALLSALES26.

On Sirenis's own site we also found:

• A Weekday offer at The Ibiza Twiins: 15% off stays from Sunday to Wednesday, valid until 31 October 2026 and non-refundable.
• Non-refundable rates at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana and Riviera Maya, 15% below the standard rate.

How to save more

• Join Sirenis Friends before you book. The discount goes up to 10% after two stays and 12% after five within 24 months, and members also get early check-in and late check-out when available.
• Only choose non-refundable rates if your plans are fixed. They are charged in full at booking and can't be changed, while flexible rates return your deposit if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead.
• Budget for local charges. Sirenis's FAQs explain the Balearic tourist tax, the Dominican Republic tourist card and Mexico's exit tax, which aren't part of the room price.
