Stylevana is an online beauty shop run by Glamstar Limited in Hong Kong. It specialises in Asian beauty, mostly Korean skincare and make-up, with Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Western brands too. Its UK site prices everything in pounds and ships only to UK addresses, sending each order from its Hong Kong warehouse.

It suits K-beauty fans who already know what they like and want it for less, and anyone curious to try well-known names such as COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, SKIN1004, haruharu wonder and Purito Seoul. Many products are listed below the brand's recommended retail price, which the site shows as a crossed-out "was" price.

The catch is time. Delivery takes about 6 to 10 working days after dispatch, and items that aren't in stock can take one to several weeks longer to ship, so check the stock status on each product before you order.

The range is huge. Skincare is the main event, split by type (sunscreens, essences, serums, creams, toners, cleansers, masks) and by ingredient, such as centella, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and AHA or BHA exfoliants. There are separate sections for Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Western beauty, vegan and cruelty-free filters, travel sizes and value sets. Make-up covers cushions, lip tints, brow products and palettes from brands such as peripera, Fwee and TirTir, and there are hair, body and oral care ranges as well. Stylevana says it sells authentic products from the brands it stocks, and its help centre explains how to raise a concern about an item.
