Team RH: food-tracking app membership plus protein, scales and kit

Shopping at Team RH? See all current Team RH discount codes and deals, checked regularly.

Team RH is a Gateshead company whose main product is a subscription app for tracking what you eat. It brings together a calorie tracker, barcode scanner, UK food database, recipes, optional home and gym workouts, a members' support group and chat with in-app coaches. Inside the app you choose from three plans: calorie deficit, maintenance, and a plan for people taking GLP-1 medication that has been prescribed elsewhere. Alongside the app, its online shop sells Team RH-branded protein, supplements, scales, clothing and home equipment.

It will suit people who like logging food and following a structured plan with coaching on hand. Before you join, note that membership is a 12-month contract whether you pay monthly or annually. The app itself is the main reason to visit; the shop is a sideline for members who want matching kit and kitchen scales.

How to save more

• If you're sure about committing for a year, pay annually rather than monthly.
• Look at the bundles in the shop, which are priced lower than buying the same items one by one.
• Combine shop orders to pass £40 for free standard delivery, as long as you're on the UK mainland.

Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is by Evri, express delivery is by Royal Mail and covers Northern Ireland, and clothing is made to order, so allow a few extra days for it.
