About Team RH

Team RH is a Gateshead company best known for its subscription app, which combines a calorie and food tracker, barcode scanner, UK food database, recipes, optional home and gym workouts and chat with in-app coaches. Members pick one of three plans inside the app: a calorie deficit plan, a maintenance plan and a plan for people taking GLP-1 medication prescribed elsewhere. Membership is a 12-month commitment, paid at £8.99 a month or £79.99 up front.

Alongside the app, the online shop sells Team RH-branded products: whey and clear whey protein powders, capsules and tablets such as magnesium, multivitamins and omega 3, creatine powder, bundles of these, kitchen and body scales, a walking pad, and made-to-order T-shirts and hoodies. Speak to your GP or pharmacist if you have any concerns about your health.

Team RH Fitness Ltd was registered in 2017 and is based on the Team Valley estate in Gateshead. Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day, standard delivery is by Evri and express delivery by Royal Mail, and standard shipping is free on mainland UK orders over £40. Unwanted merchandise can be returned within 14 days for a refund, but opened food and supplement products can't be refunded or exchanged. Read the membership terms before joining, as the monthly plan is still a 12-month contract.
