The Outlet Shop: clearance tech, beauty and household bargains

The Outlet Shop is a clearance retailer in Northwich, Cheshire, that buys surplus, returned and liquidation stock and sells it on for less. Every listing says what condition it's in, whether that's new, like new or damaged box, so you know what you're getting before you add it to the basket. It suits bargain hunters who don't mind a scuffed box, and anyone after a specific gadget or toiletry without paying full price.

Electronics is the biggest section, with phones, tablets, headphones, gaming accessories, mesh Wi-Fi and smart home kit from brands such as Apple, Samsung, Sony, Google and Meta. There's also a surprisingly broad mix of everyday stuff: skincare, fragrance, haircare, toothpaste, grocery, baby products, cleaning supplies and pet bits. Food and toiletries show a best-before date in the title where it applies. Stock changes often, so it's worth checking back.

Buying clearance stock doesn't mean giving up the basics. The shop offers a one-year warranty on its goods, unopened and unused items can be sent back within 30 days of delivery, and anything that turns up faulty, damaged or wrong can be returned for a refund or replacement at no extra cost. A pay-later option of up to 30 days is offered at checkout, and the team answers queries by email and WhatsApp from 9am to 5pm on weekdays.
