About The Outlet Shop

The Outlet Shop is an online clearance retailer run by MDW UK Ltd from Northwich in Cheshire. It buys surplus, returned and liquidation stock and sells it below the usual retail price, with each listing marked as new, like new or damaged box. Food and toiletries also show a best-before date where relevant.

The range is wide. Electronics is the headline section, with phones, tablets, headphones, gaming accessories, smart home kit and computer bits from brands such as Apple, Samsung, Sony, Google and Meta. Alongside that sit skincare, fragrance, haircare, dental care, grocery, baby products, cleaning supplies and pet items, plus bargain bundles and a clearance section.

The company was incorporated in 2014. Orders go out by Royal Mail Tracked 24, with same-day dispatch before 3pm on weekdays, and there's a local store at Kingfisher Court in Northwich where you can collect. Goods come with a one-year warranty, and unopened items can be returned within 30 days. A free rewards programme turns points into money-off vouchers.

Add what you want to your basket on theoutletshop.co.uk.
At checkout, choose delivery or click & collect. Collection is available from the Northwich store, usually ready in 4 hours.
Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.

Ways to save at The Outlet Shop

Join the free rewards programme: the 250 joining points are enough for a £5 voucher.
Spend £49 or more for free Tracked 24 delivery instead of paying £2.99.
Check the condition label: damaged-box items are often cheaper than the same product listed as new.
