Alensa is an online seller of contact lenses, prescription glasses, sunglasses and eye care products. The business behind it, Alensa s.r.o., is based in Prague in the Czech Republic. The Alensa network opened its first web shops in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria in 2007, and it now runs sites in more than 25 countries, including the UK. Prices on alensa.co.uk are shown in pounds and include UK VAT.
The contact lens range covers daily, two-weekly and monthly lenses, toric and multifocal lenses, and coloured lenses, from Acuvue, Dailies, Air Optix, Biofinity, PureVision, SofLens and Precision1. Alensa also sells its own TopVue and Gelone lenses, solutions and eye drops. Alongside the lenses there are prescription glasses, designer frames and sunglasses from brands such as Ray-Ban, Gucci, Prada and Polaroid, plus computer, sports and driving glasses.
Alensa says it keeps more than 500,000 boxes of lenses in stock and ships most orders on the day they're placed, with orders before 12pm usually going out the same working day. Delivery by Royal Mail, Evri or InPost locker is free over £65. The site has a lowest-price guarantee on many products, a money-back guarantee on TopVue and Gelone lenses, and a repeat-order button for regular buyers.
| Delivery | Royal Mail and Evri delivery costs £2.49 and InPost lockers £1.99 on orders under £65, and all three are free over £65. Delivery takes 2–4 business days from dispatch, orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day, and alensa.co.uk only delivers within the UK. Glasses with prescription lenses are made to order and Alensa aims to dispatch them within 10 business days. |

| Returns | You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, using the online form in your account or by email. Usually not: most stores, including Alensa, accept one discount code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.
We don't have a first-order code for Alensa right now. Sign up for alerts and we'll email you if one lands.
It depends on the code. Many discount codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.

No. You pay Alensa's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by Alensa or its affiliate network, not by you.
