Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Barron Beds deal here comes from Barron Beds itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Barron Beds may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About Barron Beds
Barron Beds is a West Yorkshire bed maker that sells straight to the public rather than through other retailers. The business is run by Barron Furniture Ltd, a company registered in February 2022 with its address at Providence Mills in Cleckheaton, and the team says it has more than ten years of experience in the bed trade. Its beds are handmade to order in its Cleckheaton factory, and most of the designs are its own.
The range is built around upholstered bed frames: wingback, sleigh, panel, Chesterfield, Art Deco and low boucle styles, mostly in plush velvet, chenille or linen-look fabrics, with choices of slatted base, divan drawers or an ottoman gas-lift for storage. There are also headboards on their own, bases, ottoman boxes, footstools and pouffes, plus three mattress collections (Baroness, Duchess and Sultan) running from a Bonnell-spring orthopaedic model to 2000 pocket-spring designs, and pillows and duvets.
Because everything is made for each order, delivery takes 5 to 14 working days, using Barron's own independent couriers rather than a parcel network. Delivery is free to most mainland postcodes, with surcharges for some areas further afield, and the beds come to your front door or building lobby. Made-to-order items can't be returned for a change of mind once the 48-hour cooling-off period is over, so it pays to check sizes and fabrics first.
Barron Beds delivery and returns
| Delivery | Free UK delivery in 5 to 14 working days by Barron's own couriers, who text, call or email 24 to 48 hours ahead with a time slot. Some postcodes pay £20, £40 or £60 extra (for example TD, EH, BN and CT pay £20; AB, EX and PO pay £40; TR pays £60), and it doesn't deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Gwynedd, Dyfed, Shetland, Orkney or some Scottish postcodes. Beds are left at the entrance or the lobby of a block of flats. |
|---|---|
| Returns | Beds are made to order, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. You get a 48-hour cooling-off period to change details or cancel; after that a cancellation fee of up to 30% applies. Mattresses still sealed in their packaging can be returned within 7 days for a refund. Faulty or wrong items are replaced and collected free; damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported within 48 hours. Any other return is at the managers' discretion with a £150 collection and admin fee. |
