About The Big Little Duvet Co.
The Big Little Duvet Co. makes one size of duvet: an extra large single that measures 165 x 220cm, compared with 135 x 200cm for a standard single. The founder, Sue, started the business after her two tall teenage sons kept waking up with cold feet and exposed backs under ordinary single duvets.
The duvets are made in the UK with hollowfibre filling and come in 2.5, 4.5, 7.5, 10.5 and 13.5 tog. Matching duvet cover sets come in polycotton, cotton-rich and 100% cotton, with two pillowcases included, and there are extra long single fitted sheets, pillows and mattress protectors. The size also suits long single beds and IKEA single beds, and some couples use two of them side by side on a king or super king bed.
The range also includes student bedding packs, dog and cat bedding, faux fur throws, alpaca bed socks and small gifts. The company is registered in Darlington, County Durham.
