Bookmap is desktop and web charting software for active traders, made by Bookmap Ltd, which lists its address in Nicosia, Cyprus. Instead of the usual candlestick chart, its main view is a heatmap of the order book: it records resting buy and sell orders at every price level over time, shows trades as volume bubbles and plots the best bid and offer, updating many times a second. It covers futures, US stocks and crypto, can record sessions for replay, and connects to brokers and data feeds such as Rithmic, dxFeed and its own BookmapData.
Plans are priced in US dollars. Digital is free and gives real-time crypto data from more than 20 exchanges plus delayed US stocks and futures. Global, Global Plus and Global Premium add real-time stocks and futures support, more symbols on screen and extra indicators, billed monthly, yearly or as a one-off lifetime licence. Real-time exchange data for stocks and futures is a separate monthly charge on top of the software, and Bookmap sells add-ons through its own marketplace.
It is a specialist tool aimed at experienced day traders, scalpers and trading businesses rather than casual investors. Bookmap's own risk disclosure says trading carries substantial risk and you could lose more than you put in; the software is an analysis tool and no substitute for understanding that risk.
