Tasks are arranged in 10 levels. You complete at least one approved task in each level to unlock the next, and you can only cash out once all 10 levels have been confirmed. After your first cash-out you can go back and complete more tasks. Payments go to PayPal or a bank account. The site has an earnings disclaimer: it says the rewards are optional, aren't a source of income and vary from person to person.
