BroadbandCoop sells five home broadband packages on 24-month contracts, from 42.8Mbps to 900Mbps, with no setup fee, a free router and a promise of no price rises during your contract. MobileCoop sells 30-day rolling SIM-only plans from 3GB to unlimited data, with unlimited minutes and texts, EU roaming allowances and eSIMs. It also sells Fairphone handsets and Fairbuds, Doro phones, a Travel eSIM and business connectivity.
Membership is free and is where most of the savings sit: enter your member number at checkout for a first month free and a welcome reward, 10% off additional SIMs and a refer-a-friend credit. Customer service is UK-based, and all broadband and mobile services are carbon neutral through the climate partner Ecologi.
