The UK site, costway.co.uk, is run by FDS Corporation Limited, a company registered in 2014 with its warehouse and office on Blackacre Road in Great Blakenham, near Ipswich.
The range is wide: sofas, beds, storage, office desks and chairs, garden furniture and gazebos, dehumidifiers, heaters, air conditioners, ice makers and other appliances, treadmills and home gym kit, massage chairs, ride-on toys and playsets, cat trees, and a big seasonal range of artificial Christmas trees, inflatables and outdoor decorations. There are flash sales, a deals page, a clearance section and a spend-and-save event running through the year.
Delivery is free to most UK locations, though some remote areas carry a surcharge and the Scilly Isles and Shetland may not be serviceable. In-stock items usually ship within 24 hours on working days and arrive in 2 to 4 business days. You can return items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging; if the return isn't Costway's fault, a return charge comes off your refund unless you send it back yourself, and a £15 repackaging fee applies if the original box is missing.
