Cupidly is a small, family-run gift brand based in Stewarton in Ayrshire. Its founder, Ali, started it after struggling to find gifts that led to shared experiences rather than more things on a shelf, and the company was registered in Scotland in 2021.
The core of the range is the Little Coupon Book series: tear-out books of date ideas and IOUs, with editions for date nights out, nights in, foodies, nostalgia, low-cost dates, romance, mums, dads, Christmas and a Glasgow edition, plus a fully customisable book you write yourself. There are also Couple's Challenge scratch-off card games, personalised scratch-off reveal cards for birthdays, anniversaries and baby announcements, small ticket books and a line of soy candles carrying messages on the label. A few products are flirty adult-themed couples' items, but they are described as suggestive rather than explicit and sit alongside a mostly general gift range.
The candles are hand-poured in Scotland using soy wax and UK and French fragrance oils, and Cupidly has pledged 3% of candle revenue to the Marmalade Trust, Crafts Council and TreeSisters. Orders are sent gift-ready, with UK delivery and international shipping available.
