Ways to save at DR Electrical
- If you live within 25 miles of Leicester, use free click and collect or the cheaper local delivery rather than nationwide courier.
- Look at the bundles section if you need more than one appliance, as savings are shown at checkout.
- Keep an eye on prices after you buy: the price match can give you a coupon for the difference.
- Do not install or use an appliance until you are sure you want it, as that makes it non-returnable.
- Visit the Syston showroom to see machines in person and scan the QR codes for full specifications.

About DR Electrical
DR Electrical goes back to 1971, when engineer Leonardo De Rienzo started repairing the new automatic washing machines in Leicester. The repair business grew to cover the Midlands and became an appliance retailer, now trading as D R Appliances Ltd. It is still family-run and has a large showroom at Station Yard on Melton Road, next to Syston railway station, with free parking.
The range covers large kitchen and laundry appliances: washing machines, tumble dryers and washer dryers, fridges, freezers, American-style fridge freezers and wine coolers, dishwashers, cookers, ovens, hobs, hoods, range cookers and microwaves, plus air fryers, vacuums and fans. Brands include Beko, Bosch, Hotpoint, Indesit, Haier, Samsung, Siemens, Neff, Cata, Fridgemaster and Schönhaus, and some appliances are also offered on rental.
Within about 25 miles of the showroom DR Electrical runs its own deliveries, installation and removal of old appliances, and click and collect is free. It also delivers nationwide by courier or pallet. Extras include appliance bundles, a price match that refunds the difference as a coupon, a trade membership, and finance through Snap Finance as a credit broker.
