FITORY is an online footwear brand founded in 2021 that designs comfortable shoes for everyday wear. Its contact page gives a business address in Sha Tin, Hong Kong, while its terms say the service is based in the United States, and it sells to customers in the US, the UK, Canada, Germany and other markets through its own website.
Most of the range is for women: clogs, Mary Jane flats, loafers, pumps and heels, sandals and slides, slippers, and a growing choice of boots, from stretch ankle boots to knee-high and over-the-knee styles. The men's line is smaller and centres on clogs, sandals and slippers. Styles carry first names, such as the Breathe clogs or the Noble loafers, and many come in several colours and materials.
UK shoppers get a store in pounds. FITORY says shipping is free on all orders, orders are processed in 1 to 2 working days and then take 3 to 6 working days to arrive, and its FAQ says prices already include taxes so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, and they're free if you have a customer account.
