About Five Star Direct
Five Star Direct is a British online retailer of gadgets and everyday helpers. The trading company, Five Star Direct Ltd, was registered in England in August 2023, and the shop is fronted by co-founder Robyn, who writes a short "Robyn's Review" on each product page.
The range is small and practical. It includes Bluetooth mini trackers for keys, bags and pets, a fingerprint padlock, a Wi-Fi smart home camera, a phone-compatible zoom monocular, a pocket photo and label printer, handheld vacuums, rechargeable batteries, reading and anti-glare glasses, smart watches and fitness trackers, heated and orthotic insoles and red light therapy wraps. Spare straps, filters and chargers are sold for many items.
Delivery is charged on every order: £4.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48, £6.95 for Tracked 24, or £8.95 for DPD next weekday delivery if ordered before 2pm. Unused items can be returned within 14 days for a refund, and a prepaid tracked returns label costs £5. Orders are packed by a fulfilment partner in Essex, and there is a UK freephone customer service line on weekdays.
