Trim (gettrim.co.uk) is an online weight-management clinic run by XO Medical Ltd, a company incorporated in November 2023. Its pharmacy, at Thornes Lane in Wakefield, is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council under number 9012296. The clinicians who prescribe through it are UK-registered pharmacist independent prescribers.
The service works through an online consultation: you answer health questions, a prescriber reviews them and decides whether a prescription-only treatment is suitable, and if so the pharmacy dispenses it and sends it out. Treatments run on a subscription with monthly check-ins, and the site also has a mobile app for existing patients. Eligibility is decided by the prescriber. The site says it can't prescribe or send medicines outside the UK.
The terms are worth reading before you start. Orders can't be cancelled and medicines can't be returned once dispensed. A pause or cancellation must reach Trim at least 72 hours before the renewal date. Trim also asks patients to tell their GP about any new prescription. The pharmacy aims to prescribe and dispense within 24 hours on weekdays. Because these are prescription-only medicines, Voucher Magpie lists Trim for information only and doesn't promote its treatments or prices.
