About Hyder Living
Hyder Living is the shop of H Living Ltd, a bed and bedroom furniture maker based on the Tandem Industrial Estate in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. The company says it was formally set up in 2003, though the founding family began making handcrafted furniture in 1979, and three generations have been involved since. Alongside its own online shop it makes beds for retailers, trade customers and hotels, and names Costco, Bensons for Beds and Dreams among the retailers that have sold its products.
The range covers upholstered bed frames such as the Brooks, Manhattan and Hemingway, ottoman storage beds, divans, TV beds and kids' beds, floor-standing and wall-panel headboards, and mattresses from pocket-sprung and reflex foam to hotel-style pillow tops, plus bedding, toppers and bedroom benches. Many beds and headboards can be upholstered in a choice of fabrics, you can order free fabric swatches before you buy, and some items can be made to bespoke sizes.
Standard delivery is free to UK addresses, with lead times given on each product page and 2-man assembly offered. A separate contract range supplies hotels and other hospitality businesses with mattresses, bases and headboards. Returns are accepted within 14 days, but you pay a £60 collection charge.
