Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every NOVO deal here comes from NOVO itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, NOVO may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About NOVO
NOVO is a British brand of camera supports and accessories owned by UK Optics Ltd, a photographic retailer in Clitheroe, Lancashire. UK Optics has been trading since 1998 (the current company was registered in 2009), and NOVO launched at The Photography Show in March 2016. Products are designed in the UK and made by a small number of precision manufacturers, and the website is the brand's direct shop.
The range centres on carbon fibre tripods such as the Helix T50 and T200 and the compact Mantis T3 travel tripod, plus monopods, ball and video heads, clamps and mounts, macro arms and spare parts. There are also Excel Pro circular polariser and ND filters, step rings and lens adapters, camera backpacks, straps, pouches and hard cases, and odds and ends like a binocular harness. NOVO says its MP100 monopod, MPH-10 head and Helix T200 kit won Editor's Choice awards from ePhotozine.
Prices include UK VAT. Standard delivery to mainland UK starts at £3.95 and is free on orders over £100, with express and Saturday options available. NOVO also ships to the EU and the US. You can visit the showroom in Clitheroe from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and use free click and collect once your order is confirmed as ready. Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days with a returns number (RMA), and you pay the return postage.

How do I contact NOVO customer service?
Call 01200 444744 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Or use the help centre on the NOVO website.

It depends on the code. Many discount codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
Why didn't my NOVO code work?
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.
Are these NOVO codes verified?
Every NOVO code here comes from NOVO itself: its own daily feed through its official affiliate programme, or its own website. Each offer shows when we last checked it.
Does Voucher Magpie donate to charity?
Yes. When you buy from NOVO through our links, NOVO pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the shop has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order.
Does using Voucher Magpie cost more?
No. You pay NOVO's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by NOVO or its affiliate network, not by you.
