About Purr & Mutt
Purr & Mutt is a UK online service that turns a photo of your pet into a printed portrait. Customers pick a design, from simple contemporary styles to costumed characters such as The General, The King or The Princess, upload a photo and receive a preview before the artwork is printed.
Portraits can be made for almost any animal, including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles and horses, and a newer range features historical figures. The site offers prints and other formats, sells gift cards, and says it has served more than 70,000 customers. It is run by WRM Media Ltd from Wakefield in West Yorkshire.
Most orders are printed within one working day and delivery is free to anywhere in the world, with UK orders usually arriving in 2-3 working days. Because every item is personalised, change-of-mind returns are not accepted, but damaged or lost items are reprinted. The UK customer service team answers emails on weekdays.
