About Reboxed
Reboxed is a London company that buys, refurbishes and sells used phones and other tech. It was set up in 2019 by Matt and Phil, two people who had worked in consumer electronics marketing and wanted a more trustworthy way to buy and sell second-hand devices. Its stated aim is to rehome 100 million devices by 2030 and keep working phones out of drawers and landfill.
The range is mostly smartphones: iPhones going back to the iPhone 11 and SE, Samsung Galaxy S, Z Flip and Z Fold models, and Google Pixel phones. There are also iPads and Galaxy Tabs, Apple and Samsung watches, AirPods, MacBooks, phone cases, screen protectors and SIM cards. Each device is sold in a cosmetic grade, from Good up to Pristine, and the price changes with the grade, colour and storage you pick. Every device goes through a 70-point check by Reboxed's own engineers.
Delivery is free across the UK, and the site only takes orders to UK addresses. Devices come with a 12-month warranty and a 30-day return window, though a change-of-mind return has a £10 fee taken from the refund. You can pay with Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal as well as by card, and Reboxed also buys old phones through its trade-in service.

Does Voucher Magpie donate to charity?
Yes. When you buy from Reboxed through our links, Reboxed pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the shop has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order. Minimum £25; anything under that rolls over to the next quarter.
Does using Voucher Magpie cost more?
