Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Smith & Sinclair code here comes from Smith & Sinclair itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Smith & Sinclair may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About Smith & Sinclair
Smith & Sinclair sells drinks you eat rather than sip. Its 'Eat Your Drink' range turns cocktails into chewy gummies, with flavours such as Mojito, Margarita, Whiskey Sour, Gin & Tonic and Pornstar Martini. The shop says each cocktail gummy contains 5% alcohol and is vegan and gluten-free, so these are strictly a treat for adults. Alongside them sit alcohol-free Espresso Bites and Matcha Yuzu gummies, mini 64g bags, rock candy sticks and latte stirrers, a boozy brunch jam and Just Add Sparkle edible glitter for drinks.
The shop is run by Smith & Sinclair BV, a Dutch company registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce and based on Keetgracht in Alkmaar. The website relaunched in autumn 2026 and is available in English, Dutch, German and French. Prices show in euros by default, with a switch to pounds, and the shop delivers to the UK, much of the EU and the US. UK returns go to a warehouse in Alton, Hampshire.
Gift boxes are a big part of the range. Ready-made selections such as Tequila Time, Let's Celebrate and The Love Box hold ten gummies in different flavours, and a Build Your Box page lets you mix your own selection of bags. There's also a private-label service for businesses that want to launch their own gummies or sugar sticks, covering recipes, production and packaging.
Smith & Sinclair delivery and returns
| Delivery | UK delivery costs £4.95 and takes up to 7 working days, and it's free on orders over £50. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, and the site banner says orders placed before 12:00 ship the same day. |
|---|---|
| Returns | The policies don't agree: the Delivery & Returns page says only defective items can be returned (within 14 days, after contacting the shop), the withdrawal page describes a 14-day right of withdrawal, and a banner mentions a 28-day return period. Check with the shop before ordering if this matters to you. |
