About Sons
Sons is a UK men's health brand focused on hair loss, set up by Will, who has a business background, and Adrian, who comes from clinical research. It sells treatment plans online and delivers them to your door on a subscription, with aftercare support from its clinical team.
Treatments start with an online consultation. Prescribing and dispensing are handled by Sons' partner pharmacy, The Independent Pharmacy in Bristol (ABSM Healthcare Ltd, GPhC premises number 9011543), so prescription-only products are only supplied if a prescriber decides they're suitable. The range includes licensed treatments such as minoxidil spray and a hair loss tablet, combined plans, and non-medicinal products including strengthening shampoo and conditioner, a hair growth vitamin complex, biotin and a beard product. Plans can run for one, three or six months, and the price per month drops on longer plans.
Delivery is by Royal Mail to the UK and Ireland and is free on orders over £40. New customers can get a discount on selected six-month plans, and the Sons Promise offers a money-back guarantee to new customers who follow their prescribed treatment for six months, subject to its terms. Medicines can't be returned once they've left the pharmacy, so read the plan details before you subscribe.
