About The Stencil Studio
The Stencil Studio is a family business in Brimscombe, near Stroud in Gloucestershire, that makes laser-cut stencils from reusable Mylar. It began when founder Nikki cut stencils at home for her toddler's bedroom. Her sister Clare joined in 2007 and the business grew from there, moving from hand-cut designs to laser cutting.
The range covers stencils for walls, floors, rugs, patios, furniture and fabric, with collections such as tile patterns, trees, Indian and mandala, Scandi, Moroccan, nursery, lettering and Christmas. Tile stencils come singly or as sets with matching borders and corners. Stencil MiNiS are small 20 x 8cm designs for card making and other small crafts. The studio also makes stencil brushes and blank Mylar sheets, and cuts custom stencils from customers' own artwork and logos.
The site has how-to guides and makeover ideas for floors, fireplaces, bathrooms and patios. It is an online shop only; visits to the unit are by appointment.
