About Stories Flooring
Stories Flooring is an online flooring retailer based in Leeds. The business began more than 25 years ago as Lifestyle Flooring UK and took the Stories Flooring name in November 2020. It sells to homeowners and trade customers across the UK from its own warehouse.
The range covers engineered oak, solid wood, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), rigid SPC click vinyl, sheet vinyl and laminate, in plank, herringbone, chevron and parquet styles, along with underlay, adhesives, beadings and fitting accessories. Its own Lusso Flooring label covers engineered, solid, LVT and SPC floors. Prices are shown per square metre, and floors are sold in whole packs.
Customers can order free samples before buying. Floor orders usually travel on a pallet to the kerb, and the team phones or emails to book a delivery day. Klarna finance and a price match promise are offered, and the phone team, open six days a week, can advise on which type of floor suits a room.
