About Tenergy
Tenergy Corporation was set up in 2004 in Fremont, California, and makes rechargeable batteries, chargers and battery packs for consumer and industrial customers. Tenergy Power is its own online store, selling direct to the public as well as to schools and businesses.
The range runs from single AA and AAA NiMH cells (around $2 each) and multi-packs to 18650 and 14500 lithium-ion cells, 9V batteries, button cells, chargers, RC and airsoft packs, custom battery packs, solar panels and portable power stations. Alongside its own Premium, Premium PRO, Centura and Standard lines, it also stocks cells from LG, Samsung, Panasonic and Molicel.
The store is US-based and prices are in US dollars. It ships internationally by UPS and USPS, but import duties, taxes and charges aren't included and are paid by the buyer, and lithium items can carry extra Class 9 hazmat fees (international Class 9 air is listed at $81 per box). The free-shipping offer covers domestic US addresses only. Mains-powered products such as the power stations are built for US 110V sockets, so UK buyers should check the specs before ordering.
Tenergy delivery and returns
| Delivery | Ships internationally by UPS Expedited or Express and USPS International Priority (up to 7 business days); import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer. |
|---|---|
| Returns | 30-day returns with an RMA number; the customer pays return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply if conditions aren't met. |
How to use a Tenergy voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open Tenergy in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on power.tenergy.com.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at Tenergy
- Prices are in US dollars, so your card provider's exchange rate and any foreign transaction fee apply.
- Budget for UK import VAT and duty, which the store says the buyer pays.
- Lithium batteries can add Class 9 hazmat fees on air shipping; NiMH AA and AAA packs avoid that.
- Check the featured products for marked-down items, such as the T600 power station at $437.99 (was $499.99).
